Items ship within 1 business day.  Shipping insurance/protection covers lost or damaged packages.  If you decline shipping insurance/protection there will be a heavily discounted per item replacement cost as well as a minimum $5 shipping charge.  You can always file a claim with the carrier.

If you purchased insurance and your package is lost/damaged we will replace the order.  If we are out of stock the replacement items out of stock will ship when they arrive.  We will not make adjustments to orders such as extra items for free if a lost/damaged orders products are out of stock.

Shipping delays – We do not control how long it takes for the carrier to transport the package to you.  Our website uses estimates provided by the carrier not us.  We will not refund priority or expedited shipping if it takes longer to arrive.  Our commitment to you is to ship your order within 1 business day.  All other shipping guarantees are between the customer and the carrier.
